4. Verify
We will verify your redemption within 3 working days.
2. Fill
Fill in the
Redemption form.
5. Select
Once verified, we'll contact you for your product selection.
3. Upload
Upload clear picture
of all barcodes.

1. 10 barcodes = 1 set. You can redeem 1 item per set.
2. Take clear image of your barcodes set.

4. Only original barcodes are accepted. Photocopy barcodes are not accepted and your redemption application will be rejected.
5. Delivery charge will be applied.
6. All the barcodes set must be sent to Pets Global Malaysia via registered post after verification.
