Founded in 2010 by passionate pet owners, the independent holistic wellness company is shaking up the industry with Physiologically Tuned™ recipes, available in 23 countries and counting.
Spanning seven brands (including Zignature and Fussie Cat), over 700 SKUs, and powered by a workforce of 200 people across North America and Asia, they nourish millions of furry lives with their innovative, high-quality approach. Pets such as dogs and cats are essentially carnivores; therefore, they eat a diet based on animal proteins to thrive. That is why Pets Global Physiologically Tuned™ recipes always start with meats rich in complete proteins as the main ingredient. Unlike many commercially available pet foods, which may contain large amounts of simple carbohydrates as their first or second ingredient, their recipes incorporate the Meat First™ philosophy, which comprises single animal protein and low carbohydrate without unnecessary fillers.
Further, our products proudly exceed the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) requirements based on the nutrient profile (formulation). We also require all of their manufacturing partners to test all ingredients for Salmonella, E. coli, total mold count, total yeast count, Staph. aureus, total coliforms, F-9 (all G/As), and other pathogens prior to, during, and after production.

Our facility is QFS Level 2 certified, which includes, but is not limited to, the testing and tracking of all ingredients from arrival to the facility, during production, and postproduction. Each of our co-manufacturing partners also operates under the required food safety programme. We verify nutritional claims via independent analysis and design recipes meeting AAFCO standards for all life stages, including specific needs for specialty diets.

HEALTH AND LONGEVITY
Pets are treated like family members, which means no invasive animal testing is conducted in our product development. To fine-tune our recipes, we conduct trials where our food is offered freely to pets in a comfortable, stress-free environment.

Before a product is launched, it undergoes years of research, including blood work, palatability trials, stool quality tests, and digestibility trials. We also actively listen to pet owners on online-to-offline (O2O) platforms, using their feedback to constantly improve our recipes and serve your furry friend's every need.
Hence, when we say our food is "co-created by pets," it isn’t just a slogan; it’s the secret key to everything we make.
Beyond delicious meals, Pets Global cares and contributes to furry lives worldwide. We have served over 300 organisations worldwide and donated over one million pounds of food to shelters and rescue groups. Bulletproof vests were donated to police K9 units in North America. Additionally, we partner with countless local and international partnerships, like Persatuan Lindungan Haiwan Selangor and Rocky Mountain Lab Rescue. Pets Global believes every wag (and meow) deserves a brighter future.
